I am looking for somebody or some study group to exchange know-how and prepare the assessment centre tests . If anyone is interesting in creating a study group, that would be wonderful, I am completely IN. I have already some experience in participating in study groups, and believe me, it works very well. Comparing eutraining CAST Competency questions with the real EPSO test

Hi, based on the feedback received from people who have recently taken the real EPSO CAST exam (FG IV and programnme management in particular), it seems that the comptency questions of the eutraining package are a bit out of scope. The training questions are very specific (directives dates, very detailed budget questions, etc) and that studying this content is "a waste of time" to prepare the actual EPSO test (according to someone who took the EPSO test in June), since the actual questions are much broader.

Hello everyone,

I was invited to sit the CBT for the CAST communication procedure, which I successfully passed (got the results end of July). The EPSO letter says "you therefore qualify for the next phase of the selection procedure, for which you will be contacted directly by the recruiting services." but I haven't had any news from anybody since. 

Do you know what the next step should be? Was I invited to the CBT because my profile was of interest to a recruiting service or is everyone invited to the CBT as long as they meet the profile requirements?

Hallo everybody,

after being preselected for CAST Law GF IV, I took and passed the reasoning and competency-based tests and now I have been invited for an interview via videoconference.

Does anybody know what this interview might involve and how I should prepare for it? What kind of questions am I supposed to answer? Does it imply an oral competency-based exam or it is just an interview to know each other and discuss about the position I have been selected for and the duration of the contract?

Hello everybody,

I was invited to take the  tests for the CAST competition in finance. I found the tests quite easy and I received the results in my EPSO account. Now I don’t know which are the next steps. Will I receive a job offer? Must I do other tests in Brussels in relation to my education and professional experience? Will I have an interview in Brussels? Will I pass through a panel of experts who will evaluate me and decide if I am eligible for the positions?
