EPSO COMPETITIONS

I sat yesterday the preselection CBT for the AD5 competition. Verbal and numerical as expected, but the abstract reasoning test questions were nothing like the simulations practiced here at EU Training. The strategies learned and practiced over several months were mostly useless. I see in the forum this may not be an isolated case. I expect to fail on account of this. A pity, and a missed opportunity. Either the exercise databases need updating, or the algorithms picking the questions at EU Training are not working properly ie. by selecting only certain typologies and leaving out others.

Hi, I bought 250 competence questions and then another 100 but I've seen at least 5 quetsions that were the same (in the exact same wording). Sicne I would liek to buy mroe I would like to know if the system automatically provides new questions and doesn't propose the same ones.

hello, i am a bit confused with respect to the denomination of the exams of the AC for AST. I will be examined for written test - what does this involve, is it the same as the case study? how is the written test for AST, what topics are of relevance and how can i better prepare for it?

I started a few tests that I finally didn't have the chance of finishing at that time. Since it isn't possible to save them and continue later, I had to interrupt before finishing which means that my stats are very low. I'd like to know my real progression but don't seem to find a way of simply deleting these unfinished tests (some with 0 or 3%...).

Dear all,

On the invitation for the multiple-choice question test for AD5 we have recently recieved there are mentions to the verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and abstract reasoning, but nothing on the situational judgement. Does it mean that there are no situational judgement queestions in this first round of the selection process?

Hello! Has anyone received news regarding this competition? I applied before the extended deadline of 4 February 2017 and was hoping to be invited to the test/interview stage at least but have not received any information so far. Thank you in advance. 

Hello everyone! I was wondering whether the degree of difficulty of the abstract, verbal and numerical tests is different between competitions for AST and AD. I am preparing for both, however I have only done practice tests for AST so I am not sure whether they will be helpful for the AD exam.

I am currently employed and would like to indicate this in the application; however, I cannot seem to select the "Today" icon within the application.  I can see it but it is not highlighted and hence cannot be selected.  Has anybody else experienced this?  For now, i have selected the latest possible date that can be selected, but would ultimately like to fix this before submitting the application.
