I am interested in the package which would be suitable for ACCREDITATION Officers / receptionists.
Are there any test packages and http://www.eutraining.eu/ or literature to prepare for this kind of competency-based tests?

Dear Gaetano,

The date for the Assessment Centre phase of this competition has not been announced yet, but yes we have a lot of resources that can be used to prepare for that phase of the competition as well. For example we tend to hold regular Classroom Training Sessions in Brussels or you could make use of our Assessment Centre Personal Coaching sessions via Skype or in person. Our coach is a trained assessor and former President of an EPSO selection board, so he will be able to help you with valuable insights and information.

Yes this test can be taken in French in our Practice Centre, as well as 15 other languages. As you can see here:

Once you have purchased your package you can choose which language you would like to do the test in via the 'Start Test' page of your Practice Centre.

Hi to all of you who are preparing themselfs for accreditation officers position. I have a curiousity ..... I also applied for it but I do not have any experience in the field of receptionist and I finished a public administration university. I have some concerns reganding their ,, studies in a related field" ! what about u ? what studies have u followed ?

Hi is difficulty level of CBT (Abstract, Numerical, Verbal) SC the same as for AD level?

From our experience and user feedback the SC CBT difficulty level tends to be a little easier than the AD CBT.

Currently we do not have Numerical Reasoning practice tests in Italian. Our Numerical Reasoning practice tests are available in English, French and Spanish.

Hi, do yoy know if during the first tests (verbal, numerial and abstract reasoning) is possible to use a paper and a pen to take note? As per my experience the test can be much more difficolt without the use of those simple tools.
