EPSO just announced 44 contract positions for security officers and security advisers to be employed by the European External Action Service or the European Commission.
The 22 Regional Security Officers and 22 Regional Security Advisers will be responsible for the protection of personnel, goods, information and buildings of EU delegations and ECHO offices (humanitarisan aid offices) around the world.
The selection will consist of two phases:
- CV sift (pre-selection based on qualifications such as experience in the field or even the ability to drive armoured vehicles
- Competency tests (knowledge-based test + essay in the field of security)
