We are happy to announce that we literally just launched Europe's first simulation test for EPSO's (European Personnel Selection Office) assessment centre in-tray (or e-tray) exercise for assistants (AST1 and AST3).
In the test, you have 50 minutes to read the emails in an imaginary inbox and then place yourself in 20 scenarios and decide about 60 potential actions how much you agree whether it is an effective way of handling the situation.
The test measures four competencies:
- Analysis and Problem-Solving
- Delivering Quality and Results
- Prioritisng and Organising
- Working with Others
In the Online EU Training simulation, you can see explanations for each action and detailed statistics about your performance in each competency and compared to the average of other users.
