We at Online EU Training are very grateful that you have shared your feedback with us concerning the EPSO e-tray exams that you have just taken. We are sorry that we didn’t provide the best available simulation this time.
Your comments are extremely valuable so we can critically review our e-tray practice simulations, and adapt them to reflect the actual tests’ style.
We were also surprised by the unexpected changes EPSO applied during the actual e-tray exams and recognize that our tests in their current form do not fully correspond to these requirements.
Many of you have expressed disappointment and we accept your criticism and sympathise with your frustration. While it may be of little solace to those of you who have just taken this test, we are gathering comments and feedback to adjust our e-tray practice exams to the best of our ability, and do so as soon as possible.
We anticipate that EPSO will also refine their own tests in light of this feedback, as it seems they used a rather different approach compared to their previous e-tray exercises.
Once again, we would like to apologise for not providing 100% realistic preparation this time. We will fix this as soon as we can, and ask you to share your comments, criticism and feedback through our contact form so we can answer to you directly and promptly.
