The European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) is the centralised recruiting arm of all EU institutions such as the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of Ministers, the European Court of Auditors, the European Ombudsman, the European Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions, and the European Court of Justice. It does not recruit, however, for EU agencies located in Member States, nor does it recruit for the European Central Bank or the European Investment Bank.
