Situational Judgment Tests are part of the pre-selection tests in most competitions and they require candidates to choose the most favorable and least favorable course of action in a given situation.
It is a computer-based multiple-choice test, and candidates are expected to have a basic understanding of EU institutions' values, corporate culture and code of conduct to successfully pass the test.
