While the exact format of the EPSO e-tray exercise is not currently known and may different, our calendar and email-based Diary Management tests are uniquely designed to improve candidates' skills in the competencies of organising & prioritising, as well as analysis and problem solving.
In the 25-minute long tests, you will be presented with a series of emails from various members of a project team. Your task will be to 'schedule' them according to their wishes and the requirements of the project for an 8-week period, using a calendar on screen.
Once you are done, you can view your performance expressed as a score from 0 to 8 (1 point is given for each correctly filled-out week in the calendar), and you can view explanations of why each team members needs to be scheduled in a specific way.
